  We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Kapalua at the golf villas. The view is amazing, the actual unit itself was very nice. The 2nd bedroom is extremely small, perfect for a young child, but not much else. Also, while we were there, only half of the air conditioner worked, the bedroom half, the living room and kitchen half did not function. Not a super big deal. We tried to use the oven once and smoke began to pur out of it, so we quickly shut that off and just used the stove top and the nearby BBQ at the pool. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the property in general, we will definitely return here in the future.

  We booked this last minute and needed a place to take my elderly mom to a memorial on the island. It was perfect- ground floor, 2 full baths, great view. I read one review that it wasn’t clean and almost passed on it- it was lovely and very clean! Only complaint for me was the morning lawn mowing if the golf course noise.

  The unit was exactly what we wanted. Great view, quiet and had the extra space for our son. We found the unit clean and well equipped and were happy to find beach chairs as they were very useful. We donated 2 body boards to the collection for future guests to use.
  The washer and dryer appeared to be new so that was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped too although I would suggest adding a teapot. I read that some reviewers had issues with the cabinets-they looked fine. We are on vacation so who cares what they are made of as long as they look clean and function well?
  The beds were comfortable, the furniture was good and we had a wonderful stay. We would certainly stay here again.

  The condo is nestled in a beautiful community surrounded by the golf course. The location is secluded enough to feel you are away from the jostle of city life yet close enough to the ocean, local bars, entertainment and sporting activities. Close to the site are restaurants and local store. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The lanai is massive and has a large dining table with two large loungers - perfect viewing spot to critique golfers or watch the whales in the strait. The accommodations have modern amenities like a full selection of cooking utensils/pots and pans, air conditioning, internet and cable with flat screen TVs but the appliances, base boards and cabinets could use some updating compared to similar properties viewed. The pool and BBQ area are well maintained and a comfortable distance away from the property (noise) and the service by housekeeping was exceptional. Would recommend to friends visiting Maui who want to have an affordable luxurious vacation.

  We would describe our overall experience as wonderful. The view from Golf Villa 11T4 is great. We liked being able to see the golf course and club house as well as the ocean in the distance. The convenience of having the Pineapple Grill so close was nice. The unit is in need of carpet, new dishwasher, toaster, stove, and table for 6 people. Moving chairs disturbed people in unit below.

  Condo is clean and comfortable with a lovely, large deck/patio off the living area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a new tiny room with a twin bed in it. Ideal if you just need another bed other than a fold out sofa as it's not really a full bedroom with closet. Does have a TV in it with bedstand. Other reviews I've read state that the kitchen and bathrooms need updating which is true but it didn't detract from a very nice, quiet, peaceful stay. A bit tricky to find the right bldg/unit after dark so try to arrive in daylight.I would rent it again!

  The only thing that should happen is the management company should get an ozone machine for $1500.00. It will complete get rid of the dirty towe smell. It will also kill any critters in the building.

  The residence was clean and neat and amply supplied with dishes and appliances. The tub was a "turn off" with very obvious repair need. Something had been pulled from the master bathroom sink wall and should also be repaired. Overall, however this was a lovely place to vacation.

  We had a relaxing stay in the one bedroom golf villa. Everything was clean and well laid out. We especially liked the large balcony where we enjoyed the views of golf course and ocean. We were within walking distance of beach and coastal trail. We did not experience excessive noise from golf course maintenance in morning as stated by another reviewer. The only downside would be the kitchen and bathrooms that are in need of updating very soon. The dishwasher is old and very loud and the bathtub had large gouges in it covered by some ?glue. The maintenance staff responded promptly when called. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time would prefer to stay in bay villas for oceanfront view.

  We were very pleased with our 10 day stay at this unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The complex was very quiet.
  
  The spacious deck area was a great place for breakfast. It overlooked part of the golf course with the ocean in the background.
  
  While the kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated and due for upgrades, they were very clean and functioned properly.
  
  A few small problems were responded to immediately by Jake the caretaker.
  
  Nearby was a very nice wine bar and a few restaurants. This was our first time staying in the Kapalua area. We will stay in the area again. Just a 12 minute drive to Kaanapali or 15 minutes to Lahina.
  
  Aloha Vacations did check with us to make sure all was going well. We appreciated their following up to ensure that we were happy with our stay.

  We have used Aloha Vacation Villas numerous times and will continue to use them. We have stayed in the Bay Villas, The Ridge and The golf Villas. The last time we stayed, we stayed in a golf villa overlooking the 18th green. It was perfect. One story which we loved and very quiet. The lanai was quite spacious. As with every other stay, the management company was very professional and was available if we needed anything or had any questions. I would highly recommend Aloha Vacation Villas if you want your next vacation to be a memorable one.
