  A good, solid condo with a great view. But they could spring for a few extra channels on cable. Not being able to watch a tournament being played around the corner was odd.

  The villa is beautiful and is identical to the pictures you see. The area itself is amazing and has access to a beautiful beach and hiking area just behind it by the water. It's definitely on the nicest part of the island. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would come back again.

  Outside of a problem with the AC for first day. (Which maintenance quickly remedied with a temporary satisfactory solution.) This property exceed expectations. Pictures do not do justice to the location. Pool was super convenient and we practically had to ourselves. Great hiking/walking opportunities from door step. Planation golf course off the charts incredible and worth every penny with discount or without. We liked the dinning options that were close, big surprise with the Sea House restaurant. Wasn't even on radar and walked to it easily. Host was nice enough to provide cooler, beach towels and beach chairs, which were super unexpected and nice perk.

  This is a nice unit with a nice view. They only issue I have with the Bay Villas in general is the access to beaches is difficult.

  We had an amazing stay in this unit. The photos don't do it justice - I walked in and said AHHHHHH every minute as I took in the jaw dropping ocean views. Full 180 degree views. Lovely, upgraded and spacious unit. Rental company was amazing - they even set up the pack'n'play I ordered for my daughter. They went above and beyond. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in. We loved having the pool and bbq grill next door too. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

  The unit was lovely and had beautiful views of the water, although not directly on the water. Jake and Marty were both extremely responsive to our needs (which were actually very few because the unit was well appointed and clean). I would definitely rent from Aloha Vacation rentals again and would definitely recommend this unit. Candice from the Maui Vacation adventures company was awesome too. One major benefit of Aloha Vacation villas is that you know which unit you are getting. If you go through Outrigger, an ocean view unit might be in the Bay Villas (as this one is) or it might be on the Ridge (which is across the main road and up the mountain...a major difference despite having good views).

  The biggest think - the bed had a great mattress and everything worked well. The only complaint was the lights in the bathroom were not bright enough to do makeup and hair.

  The view was great. Kitchen well equipped and decorated. Loved the granite and new stove.
  Bedroom rug should be replaced. Sheets did not fit properly causing the bed pad to slip.
  Bathroom tile should be regrouted. The robes were a nice touch. Living room carpet and sofas should be cleaned. By the way Washer/Dryer a real gem.
  Jake is a great manager and we will rent from him again. His opinion can be trusted.
